Crowd Compass Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Crowd Compass Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Crowd Compass (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any television network or program.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Crowd Compass and participating partners, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when the promotional website popup goes live and ends at 11:59 PM PT on January 28, 2026.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by submitting a valid email address through the official Crowd Compass giveaway website popup during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The following prizes will be awarded:

  • Lunchbox Packs: Two (2) Lunchbox Hydration Packs (ARV $220)

  • Crowd Compass: Two (2) Crowd Compasses and accessories (ARV $500)

  • Unplugs Hearing: Two (2) pairs of Unplugs (ARV $135)

  • Psyde Quest Designs: Five (5) Booster Packs (ARV $135)

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $990.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 days following the end of the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Email Use, Data Collection & Privacy

By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that:

  • The email address submitted will be shared with Crowd Compass and all participating giveaway partners, including Lunchbox Packs, Unplugs Hearing, and Psyde Quest Designs.

  • Participants may receive marketing, promotional, and informational emails from Crowd Compass and its partners.

  • Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Crowd Compass’s Privacy Policy, available at [insert Privacy Policy URL].

  • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and participating partners are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

11. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
